At ARTESARO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
