Shipping Policy

ARTESARO offers Free Express Worldwide Shipping on eligible orders. Every item is carefully packed and shipped with tracking.

Production Time

Most standard products are prepared within 4–10 business days. Custom sizes, finishes, and made-to-order pieces generally require 10–14 business days. Production time may vary depending on product complexity and order quantity.

Express Delivery

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex, depending on the destination. Remote locations, carrier delays, and customs inspections may require additional time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after collection by the carrier.

United States Orders

United States shipments are sent with duties and import taxes prepaid whenever DDP service is available, so customers should not receive an additional import-duty bill. Any exception will be communicated before shipment.

International Duties and Taxes

For destinations outside the United States, customs duties or local import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete physical delivery address and telephone number. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Contact us immediately if your address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

If tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, contact us and we will assist with the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.
